We were appointed Voluntary Administrators of a civil works and earthworks business operating in NSW and QLD due to an ongoing management dispute among directors and shareholders, coupled with mounting debts to trade and statutory creditors. Upon assuming control, we opted to trade the business. DOCA successfully proposed which included provisions for contributions to repay creditors, transferring asset finance agreements (and secured debt) to a related entity, and the transfer of shares from one shareholder to another.
