Receivership - 18 unit block in Queensland

We were appointed as Receiver and Manager and then Agent for Mortgagee in Possession to a block of 18 units on the Gold Coast, QLD.  We were required to monitor and manage the ongoing short-term tenancies whilst undertaking a thorough marketing / EOI campaign, resulting in a sale for $19m.
