Media Release - 17 January 2025
Rajiv Goyal and Andrew McEvoy of Aston Chace Group (ACG) were appointed as Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of Procuret on 16 January 2025, an ultra-automated invoice lending platform for b2b transactions. Procuret evaluates applications in minutes, delivers near instant settlement and maintains exceptional credit algorithm and workflows.
The Voluntary Administrators are continuing at this stage to trade ‘business as usual’ subject to ongoing discussions with stakeholders and are also considering all options, including a sale of the business as a going concern or recapitalisation through a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA).
Mr Goyal said: "Procuret has established itself as a fast, convenient and secure alternative to traditional credit and finance options and we expect strong interest in the business through our sale and recapitalisation process that will be undertaken in due course”.
An assessment of Procuret’s financial position is being undertaken. The key operational staff, management, suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders remain supportive and are assisting the Voluntary Administrators.
A first statutory meetings of creditors of Procuret will be held on or before Tuesday, 28 January 2025.
Information will be uploaded regularly to the ACG website (www.astoncg.com.au).
