Ian Niccol was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 10 November 2023 pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The creditor that filed the application to wind up the Company was Featherstone Enterprises Pty Ltd (Petitioning Creditor). This appointment comes after the Director had previously appointed David Levi as Voluntary Administrator on 23 October 2023.

On 15 May 2015, the Company held a meeting of its shareholder and passed the special resolution to place the Company into voluntary liquidation.

At the meeting of creditors on 4 June 2019, attended creditors passed a resolution to appoint Vincent Pirina and Steve Naidenov as the joint and several liquidators of the Company.

On 1 April 2020, Vincent Pirina and Steve Naidenov transitioned to a new firm, being Aston Chace Group.  Notwithstanding this, Vincent Pirina and Steve Naidenov will continue in their capacity as joint and several liquidators of the Company.

Raj Goyal was the former Deed Administrator of the Ultimate Franchising Group. The company was the head franchisor of a number of UFC gym franchisees and continued to trade the business through the voluntary administration period. Desmond Tang was appointed liquidator by consent on 14 December 2023.
