We were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Ultimate Franchising Group, the Australian franchisor operating under agreement with UFG US with 7 franchisees locally. We continued to trade on the Australian franchise network while whilst going concern sale and recapitalization pursued via a DOCA. During the Administration period we exited vacant premises and undertook a number of cost saving initiatives to make overall group more profitable.
