Construction Receivership - 90% complete, 11 levels, 36 'resi' units in Victoria

We were appointed Receivers and Managers, a 90% partially completed, 11 level, 1 commercial and 36 residential development in Maribyrnong, Victoria. We were appointed to complete construction to reach practical completion, to allow the 21 pre-sales to complete and sell residual stock (15 units). Construction successfully completed as Receivers and all units sold to a ‘non for profit’ organisation.
