Receivership - gold mining company with significant mining tenements

Receivers and Managers of a gold mining company (with shareholdings in significant mining tenements) in NT with significant secured debt exposure ($30m+) and placed into VA. We worked constructively with the Administrator to successfully submit a DOCA resulting in restructure of the secured debt, corporate structure and control returning to its director.
