Construction Receivership - 80% complete, 8 townhouse development in Victoria

We were appointed Controllers to 80% complete, 8 townhouse development at Eltham, Victoria. We have re-engaged with the builder, completing all works to obtain title then complete on the pre-sales. Separately, an accelerated sale process is being run for the unsold lots/pre-sales that were rescinded.
