Construction Receivership - 10% complete, 43 townhouse 'resi' development in Victoria

We were appointed Receivers & Managers, 10% complete, 43 townhouse residential development in Glenroy, Victoria. We took control of the development, secured the premises, engaged a project manager to lead the construction of civil works and the construction of 43 townhouses. We also secured additional Receiver funding during the build out. As Receivers, completed 16 townhouses and civils of residual site whilst dealing with plethora of construction related matters. Sale process now being undertaken.
