We were appointed Receivers and Managers to the Developer of Cheng & Lok Company, a 36 residential development in Maribyrnong VIC.
Technical and Project Credentials
There was a dispute with the developer and builder of circa $1m and the builder had issued a show cause notice.
We were appointed to completed construction to reach practical completion, to allow the 21 pre-sales to complete. Despite a number of pre-appointment issues to deal with, construction has now completed and we have sold and settled all units in the development.
