Celebration - Wrapping up 2024 with a bang!

Wrapping Up 2024 with gratitude, and excitement for 2025! As 2024 comes to a close, I (Raj) want to take a moment to reflect and celebrate the incredible year my awesome team had at Aston Chace. This year has been nothing short of big, crazy, challenging, and most importantly, rewarding. I’m deeply grateful for the hard work, resilience, and camaraderie of my amazing team. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart — you’ve made this year one to remember. We’ve achieved so much, both individually and collectively. Here are just a few highlights: • Chris Suarez - Congratulations on getting married! You’ve managed the team brilliantly and stepped up whenever needed, proving your dedication and resilience, time and time again. • Kaiyan Wu - You’ve kept us laughing, worked tirelessly, and no matter what the task, you’ve always done it with a smile. Congrats on taking steps to becoming an Australian citizen! • Lewie Parfitt - Completing your accounting requirements to commence your CA is no small feat. I’m thrilled to see you grow, your ability to operate under stressful situations is remarkable, and you are fast becoming the construction ‘guru’ in the market. • Kapil Kumar ASA CPA - It’s great to be working with you again. We’re excited to welcome you to our team and look forward to seeing the impact you’ll make in 2025! Personally, I’ve found it both challenging and fulfilling to manage multiple projects, from large scale construction sites, trade on VA and significant litigation recovery. Each day brings new hurdles, but working with this team makes it not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. As we gear up for 2025, I’m confident we’ll continue to tackle challenges, achieve great outcomes, and, most importantly, continue growing together as a team.
